Minsk will host over 600 delegates from 50 countries who will discuss building a new architecture of interstate cooperation on the continent. This dialogue platform, created on the initiative of the President, has confirmed its relevance in the context of a deep crisis of the former arms control institutions. Experts will begin a detailed discussion of the draft Eurasian Charter on Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century. The discussions will be attended by the heads of the executive structures of the CSTO, SCO, CIS and the Union State, and for the first time by the OSCE Secretary General. The high-level Russian delegation will be headed by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Delegations from Iran, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Tajikistan will also arrive in Minsk. Analysts from Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Serbia and Switzerland will join the discussion.
