With less than a week left before the year"s main political event, the Central Election Commission will hold a general election rehearsal today to check means of communication planned to be used by election commissions. All the election commissions will provide the CEC with information regarding the number of listed voters, ballot boxes, ballot papers and accredited observers.<br>The early voting period is due to begin tomorrow and continue till Saturday. The main voting day is 11 October.
