Developments for the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and waste processing were reviewed today by the Prime Minister at the Brest Science and Technology Park. Roman Golovchenko is on a working trip to the Brest region. The site has united innovative industries that are aided with equipment and are exempted from paying nominal taxes on land and real estate, income tax has also been reduced to 5%. But the Park demands to confirm annually that the product is really hi-tech. Many manufacturers have orders from leading processing enterprises and cancer centers. The focus is on process automation. Also, another focus of Roman Golovchenko’s trip to the Brest region is the development of the meat and dairy industry: export opportunities and the introduction of modern technologies.
