Vitebsk Technopark to host new resident from China

Vitebsk Technopark has signed a memorandum of cooperation with a Chinese company, under which it is planned to establish a strategic partnership in the field of IT-technologies, innovative and science-intensive projects of small and medium-sized businesses. For this purpose, the Chinese partners will be provided with the necessary floor space in the Technopark building. Initially it is going to be a separate floor with an area of 500 m². The new resident will also get access to a package of tax benefits and preferences provided for by the legislation. By March 1, the Chinese company will provide Vitebsk Technopark with a full package of documents for registration, which will become the starting point of its work in the northern region of Belarus. The delegation of the Chinese company arrived in Vitebsk region with a four-day visit. During this time the guests from China will get acquainted with the economic, scientific, educational and cultural potential of the region, will hold negotiations on the supply of products of Vitebsk enterprises to China.
