Belarus and Russia will be able to update the historical maximum trade volume every year. This was stated by Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko at the Union State’s Council of Ministers session in Moscow. The participants discussed the implementation of 28 programs. The degree of readiness is 90%. Thus, unified rules of access to public procurement, counteraction to unfair practices, free movement of goods, services and labor force have been worked out, conditions of work in the markets of transport and communications have been formed. The main directions of integration are also preserved in the new agreement for three years. It was signed at the end of the meeting. It is a plan of work through 2027. The main thing for the scientific circles of the two countries is developing new technological solutions and proprietary software.
