The government is developing a concept for regional development

The balanced development of the regions will be enshrined in the draft concept of the state regional policy. As noted in the Ministry of Economy, the main goal of the new document is to reduce inter-regional differentiation between regions, primarily in terms of wages. Therefore, the main emphasis will be placed on offering an alternative to regional cities and Minsk in terms of employment, income and comfortable living. To solve this problem, jobs with decent wages will be created. It is planned to update existing and open new modern production facilities. Also, much attention will be paid to comfortable living conditions, the quality of medical care and education.
