Sowing campaign in Belarus

The sowing campaign continues in Belarus. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, 30% of the area has already been sown. Now the main work is being carried out in the southern regions. The Brest region is entering the final stage – the sowing of early crops has been carried out on 80% of the territory. The Vitebsk and Mogilev regions joined the work. The total area of spring sowing is 2 million 300 thousand hectares. Agricultural organizations are fully provided with seed material, fertilizers are being harvested and applied to the soil. The necessary plant protection products are being purchased, the level of equipment readiness is 95%.
