Russian Ambassador to Belarus B. Gryzlov visits Vitebsk Region

Promising projects and vectors of cooperation, including a common Union State import substitution program. These issues were discussed at the meeting of Vitebsk Region authorities with Boris Gryzlov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Belarus. The parties talked about the upcoming Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, which will be held in a new format in Vitebsk and Polotsk. The possibility of expanding cooperation with the involvement of representatives of third countries is being considered. "Science is the future of the Union State" is the motto of the forum. The emphasis is on innovations and technologies that give an additional impetus to the development of industry. During his two-day working trip to Vitebsk Region, Boris Gryzlov visited a number of enterprises in Orsha and Vitebsk. The Vitebsk Region Executive Committee and Russian regions have signed 28 agreements on cooperation in economic, social and humanitarian spheres.
