Rules for selling timber to general public to be simplified in Belarus

The Forestry Ministry suggests simplifying the procedure for selling wood and firewood to the general public. A draft decree has already been prepared to amend the existing rules. It is planned to reduce the time for consideration of applications from individuals, a clear list of documents is established. The changes will also affect exchange trading. In addition, administrative procedures have been defined, where to apply, what documents to provide and what decision the state body can take.
