Reboot for large Belarusian cities

The norms of the decree on the development of the Orsha district are planned to be more actively applied to other cities of Belarus with a population of over 80 thousand people. The preferences, which made it possible for the local authorities to dispose of unused property proved to be the most useful. Most of over 600 such properties have been put to use. The second provision is the investment deduction, which amounts to 50% for equipment and 30% for buildings. The day before, Orsha hosted an off-site meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers, which discussed problematic issues, as well as possible adjustments to the territorial development program through 2023.
