Opening of fiber cottonization shop

The flax fiber cottonization workshop was launched at the Dubrovno flax mill. The line will operate all year round with a break for scheduled maintenance. It will produce quality products with high added value. About a hundred tons of short flax fiber will pass through the line per month. The products are in demand; in the process of deep processing, the fibers become similar in properties to cotton. And these are new opportunities for Belarusian flax growers. In the north of Belarus, more than 12 thousand hectares of flax were harvested. The trusts collected 30% more than last year.
