New page opened in history of Belarusian IT-industry

The President has signed a decree "On Development of the High-Tech Park", prepared following a meeting on the development of the IT industry. The document aims to create conditions for further development of HTP based on modern technological trends and actually opens a new page in the history of the IT industry in Belarus. The decree provides for the emergence of a management company. Its functions include interaction with foreign partners, assistance in expanding exports, entering new markets, and attracting foreign investments. At the same time, all conditions of work in the Park – legal, tax-related and financial – remain at the same level without any changes. The powers of the HTP Supervisory Board remain in full force and effect.
