New joint projects of Belarus and the Leningrad region

Belarus strengthens economic cooperation with Russia. The Council of Ministers hosted a meeting between First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov and Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Leningrad Region Oleg Malashchenko. This region is one of the main partners for our country, it ranks eighth in mutual trade. A new stage of cooperation was also entered in the sphere of supplies of Belarusian equipment. The potential for development is great. The parties discussed plans to deepen cooperation in the field of construction, the industrial sector, including industrial cooperation, the supply of agricultural, road construction and municipal equipment.
