Minsk and Baku sign $70 million worth of contracts

Contracts worth $70 million were signed during the visit of the Belarusian government delegation to Azerbaijan. Negotiations took place as part of food and agricultural machinery exhibitions. The prime ministers of the two countries confirmed the chosen strategy of interaction between Minsk and Baku on cooperation and trade. According to the agreements reached, MTZ will assemble thousands of tractors in Azerbaijan this year. Minsk and Baku agreed to work on further expansion and diversification of trade and economic cooperation on equal and mutually beneficial terms and further increase the trade turnover.
