The prices for communal services, in particular, will rise no more than by $5 per year. Regarding the sell communication, internet or land-line telephone connection, as well as the mail, the prices are expected to grow only in the 4-th quarter and no more than by 4%. Publication of the data will reduce the inflation expectations with people and business.
