Tastings of Belarusian products are taking place these days in Tashkent and St. Petersburg. Thus, 15 enterprises of the Belgospischeprom concern present their products in the capital of Uzbekistan. Emphasis is made on confectionery and baby food. In the city on the Neva river, where the first Belarusian food forum in the Russian region is held, the bet is on the classics. Belarus not only provides itself with food as much as possible, but also successfully competes in many positions in foreign markets. For example, the dairy industry accounts for 6% of world trade in this type of product.
