The first tranche of the Russian loan for Belarus is expected by the end of the year. The total amount is $ 1.5 billion. This was stated by the Finance Minister Yuri Seliverstov. The money will go to support the economy in a global pandemic. The first receipts are expected in October. There will be 3 tranches in total.
