Farmers starting sowing campaign

Belarusian farmers stand ready for the spring sowing campaign. Warm weather in mid-March allowed some regions to start spring field work. However, the adverse weather conditions have nearly suspended all the field work. With the coming of favorable weather the pace of field work will be increased. This year, Belarusian farmers plan to harvest 8 million 900 thousand tons of grain.
