Belarusian farmers are preparing equipment, fertilizers and seeds for the start of field work. The plans are to harvest at least 8.5 million tons of grain this season. Winter crops fertilizer vehicles are among the first to go out into the fields, and as soon as the soil warms up sowing of spring crops will begin. Service stations are readying high-power tractors. There are more than 1,300 of those in the farms across the Minsk region.
