Farmers preparing for new cropping season

Agricultural companies across Belarus are preparing for the new agricultural season. One of the accents this year will be on corn. This crop tolerates both frost and drought well. Last year's harvest (which was 1 million 540 thousand tons of corn grain) is planned to be increased by 20%. Belarusian machine builders also help the farmers preserve the harvested corn. Thus, one of the plants of the Amkodor Holding in Krupki produces grain drying complexes. The Minsk region alone has placed an order for 28 units of the latest model. And the day before, a kind of test drive of the complex was carried out by the Dzerzhinski agricultural complex. There, 8,000 tons of corn grain were processed at the new complex.
