Country’s largest buckwheat field being harvested in Brest region

This year the area under this crop at “Vidomlianskoye” farm in Kamenets district increased by 20 hectares. The state order is to supply 180 tons of buckwheat to Brest Bakery. The harvesting is almost half-way through. More than 200 tons have already been brought in. The yield is high at 18 c/ha. It is 6 c/ha higher than last year. The farm plans to finish harvesting buckwheat in a few days.
