By late December Belarus and Russia to sign food supply balances for 2020

Belarus and Russia plan to sign food supply balance sheets for 2020 by the end of the month. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Dvornik in an interview to Belarus 1 TV channel. The documents have been worked out and are satisfactory to both parties. Belarus and Russia are interested in developing a transparent mechanism for access to food markets. Such an instruction was given at the highest level. Unified rules will exclude unreasonable suspension of market access.
