Belarus raises export duties on oil and oil products

Belarus has raised export duties on oil and oil products exported outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. This is provided by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of February 25, 2022. According to the document, export duty rates for crude oil, petroleum bitumen, paraffin, and waste oil products will amount to $58.3 per ton (previously - $47.7), straight-run gasoline $32 per ton (previously - $26.2) , commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, light and medium distillates, benzene, toluene, xylenes, lubricating oils $17.4 per ton (previously - $14.3). The regulation comes into force on March 1, 2022.
