The decision was adopted by a resolution of the Council of Ministers and will be valid for 3 months. The ban does not apply to goods for international humanitarian assistance, as well as supplies. The restrictions also do not apply to a number of international transit traffic. This is not the only measure to protect the domestic market. In March, the ban on the export of grain crops from the country, including to the EAEU states, was extended. Temporary restrictions were introduced at the end of August 2021 and extended for another six months.
