Belarus – Azerbaijan: focus on cooperation

The ground for the development of relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan is mutually beneficial economic cooperation, which shows a positive trend. Last year, the trade turnover doubled to almost $900 million, Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said at a meeting with his colleague Ali Asadov in Baku. Today it is important to decide where there is potential for development. This is exactly what the visit of the government delegation to Azerbaijan is aimed at. Belarus proposes to be more actively involved in cooperation projects. There is already a good example of the assembly of equipment at the Ganja Automobile Plant.
