Belarusian bakeries are developing new delicious products based on this season's flour. For instance, at the Borisov-based enterprise a line of Lubomirsky wheat breads is gaining in popularity; among them are flax-containing and dark varieties. The bakery uses its proprietary kefir-based sourdough. At the same time, the classic breads see no decline in demand, too. King-size loafs are also popular among gourmets. Bakers from Borisov are planning to increase sales of products to Russia. The Borisov Plant of Bakery Products processes up to 200 tons of wheat from the new harvest daily.
