At least 4 million square meters of housing per year to be built in Belarus

At least 4 million square meters of housing will be built in Belarus annually. These are the plans of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture for the next five years. At the same time, one million one hundred squares will be built with state support. Special attention is paid to reducing the cost per square meter for those in need due to import substitution of building materials, increasing the commissioning of high-rise buildings with electric heating and hot water. In addition, the development of the infrastructure of satellite cities and the construction of rental housing will continue. The provision with housing in 2025 will be at least 28.5 square meters per person.
