Visiting museums online

Today is the International Museum Day. This is a professional holiday of art historians, restorers, custodians of museum collections, researchers and tour guides. While the doors of some museums are closed, the audiences are offered virtual tours, online opening days and even tests in world masterpieces. Today, the Ministry of Culture of Belarus maintains 150 museums, the sustainable growth of the collections is over 3 million items. More than one and a half thousand museums are housed in schools, gymnasiums and universities. A system of private museums and collections is also developing.
