Belarusian artist Valentina Shoba and sculptor Sergei Portenkov have received the prestigious Taylor Award at the international exhibition ArtCapital in Paris. The Belarusian pavilion, which is participating in the international exhibition for the first time, features 11 works.<br>The exhibition is being attended by a total of over 2,000 artists and sculptors from 40 countries.
