First “Listapad” award leaves for Slovakia

The first award of the Minsk Film Festival "Listapad" leaves for Slovakia. The winner of the National Film Schools Competition was announced the day before. A maple leaf with a profile of the viewer in metal was given to the film "Planet Gelnitsa". The documentary about saving the flooded mines and restoring the city of Gelnitsa to its former glory was directed by Paula Reiselova, a 26-year-old student of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. And today the jury will announce the winners of the "Listapadzik" contest. 7 full-length films from Norway, the Netherlands, and China are competing for the title of best film for children and adolescents.
