Interactive platform of the International Satellite TV Channel ‘Belarus 24’ welcomes the participants of the III Festival of Latin American Culture

From 16 to 19 October, visitors of the Minsk State Children and Youth Palace will be able to travel to Latin America and get acquainted with the culture of Brazil, Venezuela, Guatemala, Cuba, Nicaragua, Peru and Ecuador.
