The event was officially opened by the head of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Mongolia, Director of the Russian House Valeria Kilpyakova and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia Dmitry Gorelik.
After the official part, private screenings of films provided by the Belarusfilm Film Company and the Belarus 24 International TV Channel with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Mongolia took place.
The film screenings began with a children's session. The children were introduced to the legendary Belarusian company BELAZ, and then treated to delicious Belarusian sweets. After that, a fairy tale began on the big screen — the animated film "The Song of Sirin".
Leonid Slobodskoy, Honorary Consul of Belarus in Mongolia, head of the BELAZ automobile concern representative office in Mongolia, told an adult audience about the formation of BelAZ, whose equipment is currently operating in almost all mining pits in Mongolia.
Russian House Culture and Public Relations Department Head Anna Kulakova recalled that this year the Russian House has established partnerships with the Belarus 24 International TV Channel and the Belarusfilm Film Company.
The film "Klassnaya" (2025) opened the film marathon of acquaintance with modern Belarusian cinema.
The second part of the program was particularly warm — the screening of short films by the Belteleradiocompany of the Soviet years: "Winter Oak", "Autumn Apples" and "Housewarming".
