Belarus holds an extremely important place in Vietnam's foreign policy. This was stated by Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

The development of interregional cooperation was discussed at a meeting between Natalya Kochanova, Chairman of the Council of the Republic, and Zoyir Mirzayev, Khokim of the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan. The partnership between Belarus and Uzbekistan is focused on deepening industrial cooperation, increasing trade turnover and expanding joint projects.
