UNITING FORUM
The President of Belarus has called for an open discussion of Eurasia's challenges, free from labels. Aleksandr Lukashenko spoke at the plenary session of an international conference on Eurasian security, which brought together the heads of all key regional organizations — the SCO, the CSTO, and the CIS in a single venue. Notably, this Belarusian forum also drew interest from the OSCE for the first time. Aleksandr Lukashenko pointed out that the attention directed toward the Minsk platform stems from the quality of the dialogue: "pain points" are discussed openly, and there are no forbidden topics.

The resolution was co-sponsored jointly with Minsk by 20 states, including China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Pakistan, as well as a number of countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The Belarusian Foreign Ministry stressed that such a wide geography clearly demonstrates the universal nature of Belarusian diplomacy and its ability to unite the international community around the most important tasks.
HIGH-LEVEL FORUM
From national achievements to global goals: Belarus' experience was showcased at the SCO Forum on Sustainable Development in Minsk. The country currently ranks 35th globally in the Sustainable Development Goal index. Significant progress has been made in areas such as poverty eradication, economic growth, gender equality, industrialization, digitalization and the preservation of ecosystems. For the first time, the Belarusian capital hosted such a high-level gathering in the "SCO+" format, dedicated to one of the most pressing issues of our time. This major forum was initiated by Belarus. Its significance is further underscored by the fact that it takes place during the 25th anniversary year of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
