On 8 April, 2025, the first ever award ceremony of the WHERETOEAT BELARUS 2025 International Restaurant Award took place in Minsk

The ceremony was organized within the framework of the III Belarusian-Russian Tourism Congress 

The award's experts evaluated institutions not only in Minsk, but also in regional centers. According to the organizers, the event opens up new horizons for the development of the restaurant industry in Belarus and promotes the popularization of gastronomic tourism. 

The rating of the best restaurants in the Republic of Belarus was headed by the Amo project (Minsk). The second place was taken by the Seafood Bar Minsk restaurant, the third place by the Bergamo restaurant (Minsk). 

Andrey Karpovich, Head of cuisine at Cultura and Umami restaurants (Minsk), won the Chef of the Year award. Artyom Khamitsevich, responsible for the restaurants Amo (Minsk), Bergamo (Minsk), Bloom Eatery (Minsk), was recognized as the best sommelier of the Republic of Belarus. 

The winner in the special nomination "Bar of the Year" was the Gin&It bar (Minsk). In the Media Choice nomination, the Seafood Bar Minsk restaurant from Minsk became the best. 

The Bulbashi restaurant from Minsk won the special nomination "The best restaurant of Belarusian cuisine". 

The award was supported by the Republican Union of the Tourism Industry of the Republic of Belarus (RSTI).

WHERETOEAT is an annual ranking of the best restaurants in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The final lists of winners are formed based on the results of secret voting by a broad panel of experts — professionals in the restaurant, hotel and wine business, as well as the most reputable representatives of the specialized press.
