Junior national volleyball teams of Belarus won silver medals at the III CIS Games
At the start of the preliminary stage, the Belarusian volleyball players beat their peers from Kyrgyzstan (3:0), after which they lost to the Russians (0:3). In the semifinals, our girls defeated the hosts of the venue from Azerbaijan (3:1). In the final, our national team lost to Russia-U16 (0:3).
The boys under the age of 18 determined the winners in a round-robin tournament format. The Belarusian team defeated the juniors from Kyrgyzstan (3:1), Uzbekistan (3:1) and Azerbaijan (3:1), and also lost to the Russians (0:3), thus winning silver.
