The central event of the Kupala holiday was the concert "Alexandria — love at first sight"

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko arrived at the republican holiday to join a large-scale celebration and attend a concert.

In his speech, the Head of State noted: "Kupala is a dialogue through the depths of centuries. A conversation with those who have preserved and passed on to the next generations all the most valuable things: love for their native land, desire for peace and hard work."

The event was held in the format of a folk show with elements of a musical and interactive, in which popular favorite songs about women and love were performed.

The concert ended with fireworks and the lighting of the Kupala bonfire.
