Normandy Four Foreign Ministers to meet in Paris today

OSCE: Local elections in some districts of theDonetskand Lugansk regions will be held during this year.

Today"s meeting of Normandy Four Foreign Ministers inParisis expected to consider the situation in south-easternUkraine, implementation of theMinskagreements, local elections, constitutional reform and amnesty.
Yesterday,Minskhosted a briefing on the results of the Ukraine-Russia-OSCE group, where it was announced that local elections in some districts of theDonetskand Lugansk regions would be held during this year. The negotiators signed an additional agreement on security, which concerns designating and limiting the areas where mine clearance has not yet taken place, as well prohibits target practice in the 15-kilometer zone from the contact line.
