Belavia specialists to familiarise themselves with procedures of screening passengers and luggage at Sharm El Sheikh Airport

A temporary ban on flights by Russian airlines to Egypt has entered into force today until the Sinai airbus plane crash circumstances are clarified. International experts still find it difficult to name the exact cause of the A321 disaster, but tend towards the possibility of a bomb explosion on board. Laboratory examination will help establish the cause of the plane crash.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry has recommended Belarusian citizens to cancel trips to Egypt; however, the Belarusian air carrier has decided not to stop air traffic with Egypt. Belavia has sent its specialists to Egypt so that they could familiarise themselves with the procedures of screening passengers and luggage at Sharm El Sheikh Airport.
