A general political high-level discussion has launched as part of the UN General Assembly session,Belarus" being represented by Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei. The Minister is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with the UN authorities and heads of UN member state delegations.
In total, representatives from 193 countries will hold about a thousand meetings within the week inNew York. Yesterday, the summit participants adopted a declaration on migrants, making a commitment to have developed a global agreement aimed at resolving the issue by 2018.
