Leaders of "Normandy Four" approve the truce in Donbass

The "Normandy Four" supported the truce in Donbass. It was decided to announce it on September 1 in connection with the beginning of the academic year. Leaders of Russia, France, Ukraine and Germany held a telephone conversation last night. The parties agreed to promote further implementation of the Minsk agreements.
