Belarus strongly and uncompromisingly condemns terrorism and violence in all its manifestations. This stance has been expressed by Belarus' Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei in a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.Ambassador of Russia to Turkey Andrei Karlov was shot at the opening of a photo exhibition in Ankara last night. The Russian Foreign Ministry keeps receiving responses and condolences on the brutal murder of the diplomat.
