Foreign Minister S. Aleynik arrived in Tehran to participate in the funeral ceremony

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Sergei Aleinik arrived in Tehran on behalf of the President. The Foreign Minister will represent our country at the official mourning ceremony in memory of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country Hossein Amir Abdollahian and those accompanying them who tragically died in a helicopter crash. The funeral of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will be held on May 23 in his hometown of Mashhad in the northeast of the country. The funeral ceremony will take place first in Tabriz, then his body will be transported to Qom, Tehran, Birjand, and then to Mashhad.
