45th General Assembly of European Olympic Committees starts in Minsk

Belarus hosts the General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees. Minsk has gathered representatives of 50 countries, as well as 11 members of the International Olympic Committee, presidents and vice-presidents of international sports federations. The guests will evaluate the sports infrastructure and the hotel complex of the Belarusian capital. One of the main issues that will be discussed at the General Assembly is the possibility of Belarus hosting the Second European Games. Yesterday European Olympic Committee secretary general Raffaele Pagnozzi praised the level of development of sports in Belarus.
