US Open to name First Women's Semifinalists

The World No.1 tennis player, Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, will face Marketa Vondrousova from the Czech Republic in the quarterfinals. In nine head-to-head meetings, the current trophy holder has won five times and suffered four losses. The other quarterfinal pairs are: Jessica Pegula vs. Barbora Krejcikova, Iga Swiatek vs. Amanda Anisimova, Karolina Muchova vs. Naomi Osaka. The US Open will end on 7 September.
