The International University Sports Federation has lifted all restrictions on Belarusians

The Executive Committee of the International University Sports Federation has decided to immediately reinstate the participation of student-athletes with Belarusian passports in all competitions under its auspices. This approval was made in accordance with the recommendations of the International Olympic Committee. The next major competition is the Winter Universiade which will be held in January 2027 in China.
