The Belarusian won the men's mass start at the second stage of the Commonwealth Biathlon Cup

Thirty of the best athletes came to the start of the race in Khanty-Mansiysk. After the third firing line, two Belarusians were the leaders: Anton Smolski and Dzmitry Lazouski. As a result, Dzmitry Lazouski beat Russian Aleksandr Kornev by two seconds at the finish line, taking first place. Aleksandr Povarnitsyn is third, Anton Smolski finished only ninth. Earlier, a women's race was held in a similar discipline. Belarusian Dinara Smolskaya took the sixth place. On 6 December, the second stage of the Commonwealth Biathlon Cup will be completed by a mixed relay race.
