Paralympians and coaches of the team were honored with state awards
Athletes and coaches of the national invasive sports team have been honored with state awards. The corresponding decree was signed by the President the day before. Thus, 21-time Paralympic champion Ihar Boki has been awarded the Order of Fatherland, II degree. The Medal for Labor Merits was awarded to the senior coach of the national team Gennady Vishnyakov and silver medalist of the Games in Paris Dmitry Solei. Also, the champion of the Paralympics-2024 Egor Shchelkanov was awarded the title Honored Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus. Stanislav Pozdeev, a swimming coach and teacher of the Republican Center for Paralympic and Deflympic Sports, has been awarded a letter of thanks of the President of Belarus for professional excellence and training of high-class athletes.
