The emphasis is on the development of physical culture and accessibility of infrastructure. The capital is hosting the next round of the city contest "Sports gives strength to the family from year to year!", which united families from all educational institutions of Minsk. Gymnasium No. 5 prepared a multi-sports holiday with a quest, intellectual tournament and master classes from titled athletes and champions of Belarus, 8 interactive locations for immersion in big sports — from fencing to hockey. By the way, the contest is held for the fourth year in a row. The winners will be announced in May. In each district of Minsk citizens have access to both physical culture and sports centres and creative workshops. Children and young people can choose from 7.000 associations on interests. Most of them work on a budgetary basis.
