Hockey goes to children
The ice palace in the city above the Dnieper became a new point of the social and sports project "Hockey Goes to Children". A shooting zone was inaugurated in Mogilev. This is a simulator for practicing individual stick skills, which allows practicing all year round. This year the hockey school in Mogilev will celebrate its 25th anniversary. It takes at least 10 years to raise a professional player. However, the "lions" already have someone to be proud of. Thus, Ilya Solovyov, a pupil of the local hockey school, represents Belarus in the NHL. Forward Vladimir Alistrov plays for SKA in the KHL. In order to make such great masters even more numerous, by the end of the current competition season it is planned that similar shooting zones will be opened in the Ice Palaces of Soligorsk and Molodechno.
